Thyme<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp. Rosemary<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 tsp. Garlic Powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 tsp. Salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Tbl. Tamari (soy sauce)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup Red Wine<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 to 1 1\/2 cups Gardein Beefless Tips or TVP Chunks (beef colored\/flavored)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup Frozen Peas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 Tbl. Cornstarch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<h4 class=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li>Fill a large pot with 10 cups of water.<\/li>\n<li>Add the first 13 ingredients, potatoes through pepper, and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, until onions are cooked and the potatoes and carrots start to soften.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/4 cup of red wine (if desired).<\/li>\n<li>If using Gardein Beefless Tips, brown them in a pan in oil and set aside. \u00a0Or if using TVP chunks add them in now.<\/li>\n<li>Add the peas.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the cornstarch with 1\/4 cup red wine (or water).<\/li>\n<li>Stir the mixture into the stew and cook until the stew thickens slightly.<\/li>\n<li>If using the Gardein Beefless Tips add them in now.<\/li>\n<li>Serve in bowls with plenty of fresh bread!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>Preparation time: About 15 to 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 20 to 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p class=\"yield\"><span class=\"hrlabel\">Number of servings (yield): <\/span><span class=\"hritem\">8 to 10<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary: A delicious warm and hearty stew that is incredibly satisfying!
